Well, the 3d week is going to be finished. The seminar which was on that week i liked very much, because the theme was Personality and Sociocultural Factors in FLTL...
Of course, we have some results and we learn a lot. I am going to start with active domains, like self - esteem, inhibition, risk- taking and so on. i think that this domains propably will help me to make them better. we should help pupils become good, like you are a really good student, you are clever. we have to make students or pupils believe that they can learn and speak English. well, teacher need to work very hard and in a high level...Also we as future teachers of English have tp motivate them to study.. we can say that it is really interesting, you will have a chance to travel a lot and propably you find a well - paid job and so on. We have to use emotions, if you dont use emotions your lessons will be boring and no one wants to study or to learn foreign language.

It's good you are so excited about teaching. Still, try reflect on your learning as well! And look into journal writing guidelines by Brown, they will help to make your journal more analytical.
